How to buy a bag
We sell beans in our cafés, not online, so every bag is fresh and ground the way you need it.

Pick it up in a café
Every bag is on the shelf at West Loop, Logan Square and Andersonville. Ask a barista to taste before you buy.

Choose your grind
Whole bean, or ground for espresso, moka pot, pour-over, French press or cold brew. Grinding is free and takes a minute.

Taste before you buy
Not sure which bag? Ask for a sample of any bean at the counter and we’ll help you pick one for the way you brew.
Keep it fresh at home
Three things that make the biggest difference in the cup.

4–28
Days after roasting
Coffee tastes best between four days and four weeks after the roast date printed on every bag.

1 bag
Keep it sealed
Keep beans in their bag, pressed flat and sealed, away from light and heat. Skip the fridge.

30 sec
Grind just before
Whole beans stay fresh far longer. If you buy ground, choose the 250 g bag and finish it in two weeks.
