1. What we collect
In our cafés we only ask for a first name to write on your cup, and we don’t keep it. From the website: what you type into the contact form and anonymous visit counts. We don’t use advertising cookies.
2. How we use it
To make and hold your order and to answer your messages. With your permission only, we send a short email about seasonal drinks, at most twice a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
3. Payments
Card payments at our counters are handled by our payment terminal provider. We never see or store your full card number.
4. Who we share it with
Only the services that run our payments, email and website analytics, under contracts that keep your data private. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We don’t keep the names we write on cups. Contact form messages are deleted after 24 months.
6. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@tampcoffee.com. We reply within 30 days.
